I recently had the telephone engineer come to my home to fix a crackly line and improve my internet speed, and I have to say, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise this technician demonstrated. From the moment he arrived, they were focused and efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution.
The engineer was also very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the issue and the steps they were taking to fix it. I was impressed by their knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
After the engineer had finished the work, my internet speed was significantly improved and my phone line was crystal clear.
